Tim and I made eggrolls for the first time on Saturday.

it is important to keep the eggrolls under a damp towel so that they don't dry out before it's time to fry them.
Tim did an excellent job frying the eggrolls.
And we enjoyed a lovely dinner of eggrolls and stir-fried broccoli and rice! We ate the eggrolls with a sweet chili dipping sauce and a home-made soy sauce mixture...
I also made Mrs. C's delicious blueberry coffee cake! Yum...

That looks so yummy! Ben has a real love of eggrolls and I think I can finally eat them again ;)
